东方帝王谷利用现代科技手段演绎陕西独特的历史文化，项目核心游乐区由四大板块构成：东方帝国、文明星空、丝绸之路、地心探秘。将四大板块连结在一起的是世界上最大的球形建筑——地球宫，建筑高达55米，是东方帝王谷的标志，还是“中央之国720°球幕电影”项目的所在地。借助3D、4D、全息成像、骑行穿越、穹幕电影、飞行剧院等最新高科技手段，东方帝王谷开创性地打造了二三十个高科技娱乐项目，再现了“八水绕长安”、“关中天府之国”、“秦岭之美”、“汉唐盛世历史文化”，用高科技表现了秦岭造山运动惊心动魄地质构造和地理文化的显著性，和陕西独有的历史文化资源相结合，形成独一无二的竞争优势。
The Eastern Emperor Valley uses modern technology to interpret history and culture of Shaanxi. The core area of the project consists of four major sections: the Eastern Empire, the Wenxing Sky, the Silk Road, and the Geocentric Exploration.
Four major sections are linked by the world's largest spherical building——The Earth Palace, which is 55 meters high. It is the symbol of the eastern valley and the location of the "Central 720° Dome Movie" project.
